IceMule products are built to take a beating in the real world. If something isn’t right due to how it was made, we’ll make it right. Here’s everything you need to know about our warranty coverage.
Limited 2-Year Warranty
IceMule offers a Limited 2-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects on all registered products. To activate your coverage, register your product within 30 days of purchase at icemule.com/register
What’s Covered vs. What’s Not

Covered • Seam failures (not caused by punctures or abrasion) • Zipper or closure malfunctions • Hardware failures (buckles, clips, D-rings) • Air valve issues not caused by impact • Insulation failures from manufacturing defects • Interior liner delamination within the first 12 months

Not Covered • Normal wear and tear • Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, discoloration) • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper care • Damage from improper storage (e.g., prolonged compression) • Use of harsh chemicals or improper cleaning methods • Unauthorized repairs or modifications • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Understanding Wear vs. Defect
Gear is meant to be used. All outdoor products age over time, and that’s expected. What isn’t expected is a product failing because of how it was made. Here’s the difference.

Manufacturing Defect — Covered • Seam separation early in product life • Zipper failure under normal use • Hardware breaking under expected load • Air valve leaking shortly after first use

Normal Wear and Tear — Not Covered • Liner wear after extended use • Fabric fading from sun exposure • Minor zipper wear over time • Surface scuffs from outdoor use • Reduced insulation performance after years of use

Proof of Purchase
All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase. Here’s what we accept.

Accepted • Original receipt (in-store or online) • Order confirmation email • Bank or credit card statement showing purchase

Not Accepted • Product photos alone • Gift receipts without full purchase details • Registration without proof of purchase

Claims and Replacements
• Warranty is limited to one (1) replacement per product
• Additional claims may require further review
• IceMule reserves the right to deny claims involving misuse or abuse
• Warranty may be transferable with valid proof of purchase
